POPIA Compliance Statement
Kaymerc X (Pty) Ltd hereby confirms full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa, and our data processing activities are conducted in accordance with the eight conditions for lawful processing as set out in Chapter 3 of POPIA.
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, employees, and all other data subjects with whom we interact in the course of our business activities.

In accordance with Section 55 of POPIA, the following person has been designated as the Information Officer of Kaymerc X (Pty) Ltd:
Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
To exercise your rights as a data subject under POPIA, follow the process below:
- Submit a written request to admin@kaymercx.tech with the subject line: DATA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST
- Include in your request: your full name, email address, a clear description of the information you are requesting, and a copy of your identity document or passport as proof of identity
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days of receipt
- A full response will be provided within 30 calendar days, as required under Section 23 of POPIA
- No fee is charged for standard access requests
As a data subject under POPIA you hold the following rights:
Breach Notification Policy
In the event of a personal information breach that poses a risk of harm to data subjects, Kaymerc X will adhere to the following protocol in accordance with Section 22 of POPIA:
- Assess the nature, scope, and impact of the breach within 24 hours of discovery
- Notify the Information Regulator within 72 hours where required by law
- Notify affected data subjects without undue delay, providing sufficient detail to allow protective action
- Document the breach, its causes, and all corrective actions taken in our breach register

PAIA Section 51 Manual
In accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), Kaymerc X (Pty) Ltd maintains a Section 51 Manual that describes the types of records held and how to request access to those records.
